Leopards are yet to win a game in the 2025-2026 FKF Premier League season
Last week, a section of AFC Leopards fans warned the club's technical bench following the winless start in the 2025-2026 FKF Premier League season.

The warning letters, widely circulated on social media, were addressed to head coach Fred Ambani, his assistant, Kenneth Wendo, and trainer Vincent Mbwavi.
The fans gave a two-match ultimatum for the technical bench to find their winning ways; failure to which they will be forced out.
The first of those matches resulted in a barren draw against coastal side Bandari FC, in a match played on Wednesday, 15 October at the Moi International Sports Center, Kasarani.
Speaking after the match, Wendo said he had not been served with the warning letter.
“So far, I have not received any official letter on any ultimatums. These are unnecessary pressures that I would not comment on,” said Wendo.
Nevertheless, Wendo acknowledged the growing pressure from the team’s faithful, taking time to explain the reason behind their misfortunes this season.
“Three matches without a win is a concern for fans who are passionate about this team, and so we just have to work hard and win for them to bring joy and value for money.
We have been unlucky. In the first two matches, we scored, but also conceded. The problem was the defense, which we have worked on as we were compact against Bandari. The problem is that we did not create enough chances or convert the few.
Good things take time, but we will keep working. We have been playing well. We just have to score and win matches,” he added.
In their three league matches since the start of the season, the 1998 champions have failed to record a win.
In the end, the tactician welcomed the league break occasioned by the passing of Kenya’s former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, to help the team find their winning touch.
“We will have to use the time to find solutions to our problems and also for the injured players to recover fully," he added.
