The right back penned a two-year long deal with the record Kenyan league champions
Newly-signed Gor Mahia defender Daniel Sakari says he is ready to embrace the pressure that comes with representing Kenya's most successful football club, insisting the expectations surrounding K'Ogalo will only push him to become a better player.
The experienced right-back made the remarks after being officially unveiled by the record FKF-PL champions following his move from Kenya Police FC, where he signed a two-year contract ahead of the new season.

Having joined a club synonymous with success and lofty expectations, Sakari believes the scrutiny from supporters and the demand to deliver consistently should be viewed positively rather than as a burden.
"I think the pressure will come as a positive thing and it will come as positive criticism, and it will help me to be the best always," Sakari said.
The defender arrives at Gor Mahia after several impressive seasons in the league, bringing with him valuable experience and a winning mentality.
Sakari has established himself as one of the country's most reliable defenders and is expected to strengthen K'Ogalo's backline as they target domestic and continental success.
Reacting to his high-profile switch, the former Tusker FC defender described the move as a dream opportunity, expressing his excitement at joining a club with a rich history and promising to contribute towards its continued legacy.
"It's a good feeling for any player to make a move to a big club with such huge history. I want to be a team player and add to the club's legacy," he said.
Sakari also had a message for the Green Army faithful, assuring them of his commitment as he begins a new chapter in green and white.
"To the fans, I want to tell them I am happy to join, and I can assure them I will make them happy," he added.
The move marks another significant addition to Gor Mahia's squad as the club continues to strengthen ahead of the upcoming campaign under a renewed technical setup.
However, Sakari is expected to face stiff competition for a starting berth.
He joins a defensive unit that already includes Paul Ochuoga and former AFC Leopards captain Lewis Bandi, setting the stage for healthy competition as Gor Mahia seeks to defend the league title and make a strong impression in continental football.
