
Pools for season opening Kabeberi 7s announced

16 teams will be battling for glory in the first outing of the 2022 7s season
With the National 7s Series Circuit finally set to make its comeback in the country after a two-year hiatus, pools of the season opening Kabeberi 7s have been announced as 16 teams prepare to grace the tournament set to be held at the RFUEA Grounds this weekend 21/22 May 2022.
National Sevens Circuit defending champions KCB are the top seeds for the 2022 season opening tournament. The Bankers are in Pool A alongside Masinde Muliro, Kenya Cup and Enterprise Cup champions Kabras Sugar and Western Bulls.
Hosts and defending Kabeberi 7s champions Mwamba headline Pool B which also features Nondescripts, Strathmore Leos and Mean Machine while Homeboyz lead the pack in Pool C where they will battle it out with losing Kenya Cup finalists Menengai Oilers, Kenya Harlequin and Blak Blad.
Topfry Nakuru are in Pool D with Impala Saracens, Northern Suburbs and Daystar Falcons.
