The competition was set to begin on December 2 but was postponed a day to matchday due to unavoidable circumstances
Following earlier postponements, the much anticipated 2023/2024 Women’s Kenya Cup is set to kick off on Saturday, 27 January and conclude on Saturday, 13 April.
The competition was initially slated to start on December 2, 2023, and run until April 4.
The competition will include eight teams fighting for glory with Maseno University, Shamberere, and Rongo University the latest additions to the league, expanding the roster alongside defending champions Mwamba, Impala, Northern Suburbs, Nakuru, and Western Spears.
This revamped competition introduces a two-conference format, with the top two teams from each conference progressing to the semifinals.
In the Nairobi Conference, defending champions Mwamba take center stage alongside Impala, Northern Suburbs, and Nakuru. Meanwhile, the Western Conference features Maseno, Rongo, Shamberere, and Western Spears.
