Speaking to Mozzart Sport, Baabu urged sponsors to pour money into the women’s game to add some professionalism to the sport.
“Women’s rugby is very difficult, the ladies do not have a wide span of careers to play, some get pregnant others do get other commitments, adding weight is very easy and conditioning them is not easy.
I would encourage sponsors to come through for them because when we get sponsors it becomes easy for them to be committed,” said Baabu.
Mwamba finished second in the regular season after handing a walk over to Impala who failed to lose a single game in the regular season.

Baabu emphasized the importance of commitment in the sport which goes a long way in helping an individual beyond the boundaries of life.
“In anything, you do not only in sports and you are not committed it becomes very hard to taste success, but commitment is equal to success, it's as simple as that,” added Baabu.
