The circuit will kick off in Nakuru with the Prinsloo Sevens on Saturday, 25 July, and Sunday, 26 July, 2026, marking the first stop of the annual sevens caravan
The Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) has unveiled the 2026 National Sevens Circuit calendar, setting the stage for what promises to be an exciting and competitive rugby season.

The circuit will kick off in Nakuru with the Prinsloo Sevens on Saturday, 25 July, and Sunday, 26 July, 2026, marking the first stop of the annual sevens caravan.
From there, teams will head west to the lakeside city of Kisumu for the Dala 7s, scheduled for Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2, 2026, as the action continues to spread across the country.

Following a one-week break, the circuit will resume on 15th and 16th August with the George Mwangi Memorial Kabeberi 7s, before shifting to the coast for the Driftwood Sevens in Mombasa on Saturday, August 22, and Sunday, August 23, 2026.
Another short break will precede the final stretch, beginning with the Embu 7s on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6, 2026.
The 2026 circuit will then conclude in Nairobi at the iconic Christie Sevens, which will also celebrate its 60th edition, bringing down the curtain on what is expected to be a memorable sevens season.
National Sevens Circuit calendar
Prinsloo Sevens (Nakuru): 25th–26th July
Dala 7s (Kisumu): 1st–2nd August
George Mwangi Memorial Kabeberi 7s: 15th–16th August
Driftwood Sevens (Mombasa): 22nd–23rd August
Embu 7s (Embu): 5th–6th September
Christie Sevens (Nairobi): 12th-13th September
