Zetech meet the winner between Equity Hawks and ANU in the first semi while KPA play the winner between Dynamites and Storms.
Maurice Obilo's Zetech Sparks are through to the Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) women's league semi finals.
The varsity side, up against Eagle Wings left nothing to chance as they won Game One and Two of the best-of-three quarters to reach the top four.
In a similar script as the first game, Zetech were the better side from the onset scoring 15 against Eagle Wings' four in the first quarter.
Table turned as the Africa Club bronze medalists Eagle Wings dominated, scoring 14 points against the varsity side's 12 to trail by nine points heading to the half time break.
On resumption, Obilo's charges put their foot back on the gas as they won both quarters 17-11 for the 61-40 victory.
"From the onset we had targeted making it to the final four and now that we are here it is time to regroup and work on our semis strategy. Playing an experienced side was not easy as the inexperience came to play in both matches. However, it was an eye opener and I believe we will be a better side in the semis because of it," said Obilo.
With Equity Hawks set to face Africa Nazarene University (ANU) in Game Two on Sunday, all things point at the holders who lead the series 1-0 going through to the semi thus meeting Zetech.
"Chances are we will play the defending champions which is no easy task. They are an experienced side and that could work against my relatively young squad.
We have faced them on four occasions last year twice in the regular league and twice in tournaments. We know what to expect from them. There is nothing much to change tactically but our game management and decision making while under pressure and in crucial moments is what needs working on.
I believe the players have picked a considerable amount of experience in the quarters that will come in handy in the semis. We regroup on Tuesday during training and come up with a game plan," Obilo added.
In the other quarters matches former champions Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) are through to the semis after opponents Strathmore University Swords elected to hand a walkover in Game Two that was scheduled for Makande in Mombasa. The dockers had won Game One 27-67
