Sabrina’s breakout into the scene took place in the 2018 Winter Youth Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway before making a historic debut in the 2018 Winter Olympic games.
Her best performance came in the Super G event where she finished 38th. She aims to rank among the top 20 in future Olympic Games, with Gangwon Province, South Korea hosting the 2024 games in January.
The two-week championships will see women participants take part in the Super G event on Wednesday 8 February, where Sabrina is expected to make her first appearance this year.
On Monday, Italy’s Federica Brignone became the first Italian woman to win a combined World Championships gold medal, running a clean nose in the combined Super G event in 1:57.27.
