"I would like to draw your attention that due to unfinished court repairs and pending bridge reconstruction which leads to the main basketball courts,we are afraid it may jeopardize the weekend schedule as planned.

Our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused to you," the communique to teams, from the fixtures secretary, reads in part.

The League's resumption that, normally, is set for March or early April had previously been delayed as teams had to be registered with the Registrar of Clubs.

In the last season, Multi Media University (MMU) dominated the league with Don Bosco Savio and Daystar University finishing second and third respectively in the men's league.

In the women’s league, Dream Girls carried the day with Lady Titans and National Youth Service (NYS) completing the podium place
