Kenya gained their route in the finals after dominating their sub-regional qualifiers late last year, when they won their Qualifier A by recording five wins over Rwanda, Mali, Malawi, Lesotho, Saint Helena and Botswana to book top spot and seal automatic qualification.
Rwanda, with five wins and a loss, finished second with 11 points, also qualifying for the finals.
In Namibia, the two nations will be joined by the hosts, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe in the one week round-robin tournament.
Whoever finishes in the top two positions, will make the finals to be hosted by the West Indies and the United States from 4 June to 30 June 2024.
