Indiana win 116-107 in Game 3 of the NBA Finals against Oklahoma

We didn't believe them when they knocked out Milwaukee. We started believing in them when they beat Cleveland, and the moment they beat New York and set up the final with Oklahoma, a lot of people started rooting for them. They were not the favorites against the Thunder, but now they are 2-1 up in the NBA Finals and they need only two more victories to clinch the title.

The Indiana Pacers celebrated a 116-107 victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder and optimistically await the fourth match of this series, which will also be played in the "Gainbridge Fieldhouse" hall on Saturday.

This latest battle of two evenly matched sides was decided in the last quarter mostly thanks to Pacers leader Tyrese Haliburton and their hero from the bench Bennedict Mathurin. The excellent scorer stepped up from the bench and scored incredible 27 points (9/12 from the field, 2/3 for three) and did exactly what the Pacers lacked in the second match against the OKC. He managed to create for himself when the initial action did not go through and thus killed the opponent's defence with countless points at the buzzer.

This is the showdown between two young teams that do not have much experience in these types of games. That's why every moment of inspiration (like Maturin's tonight) is important.
