Khan’s family is represented by sought after lawyer Cliff Ombeta who says they have written to the DPP for the investigating officer to explore further some areas the family need to be covered.

The late Khan was reportedly injured by Maxine on Jamhuri Day after she allegedly returned home drunk from a dinner party she had attended on the night of December 11.
