Under coach Juma Kent, Dynamites who has a fairytale season in 2019 finishing fourth has added seven new players to their squad. Winnie Chebet, Susan Jepleting, Zulfa Mghoi, Flora Chebii, Rachael Mbugua, Annie Ndambuki and Mary Ojiambo are the new additions to the varsity side.
“Some just finished their secondary school this March awaiting for Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) to place them while others are first years but had not joined the team. We also have a few in their third year but were on attachment and had not joined the team,” said coach Kent.
Meanwhile, men’s league defending champions Ulinzi Warriors have been boosted by the return of trey master Hussein Yoyoh who missed the first matches when the league started in March. Centre player Vincent Juma and Joseph Okumu, however, are yet to rejoin the team.

We are making the return with a fixture against UoN Terror on their own tuff but I am confident my players will give a good account of themselves,” said Warriors coach William Balozi.
Warriors are looking to defend the title that they won in 2019 after beating Nairobi City Thunder 3-1 in the best-of-five final played at the Nyayo Indoor Arena.
