Ferland Mendy of Real Madrid apparently assaulted two women, acting disrespectfully and hitting one of them
The news of Benjamin Mendy of Manchester City being faced with half a dozen rape charges has shocked the world of football in the last couple of days.
MOZZART SPORT KENYA even reported how Edouard and Ferland Mendy have hit out at French and British press for using images of them in stories about Benjamin.
Ferland - a French defender currently playing for Real Madrid - was even more vocal regarding this subject.
But, in a jaw-dropping plot twist, now Ferland himself is facing very similar accusations of despicable violence!
A French investigative reporter Romain Molina went publicly on Twitter, claiming Mendy is the last person on Earth to talk about the innocence and damage that confusing him with Benjamin Mendy could cause.

"It will take time, but you will end up respecting us! Whether you like it or not," wrote Ferland Mendy on Twitter on Wednesday, before Molina retweeted him the day after, saying:
"Totally agree with you, it's outrageous, like a guy punching and kicking a girl after showing her his c**k."

Furthermore, Molina published a printed testimony of a friend of the girl Mendy allegedly battered in French. In it, without specifying the time of the incident, Real Madrid's defender is accused "he hit a woman, knocked her to the ground, kicked her in the head before showing her his genitals. She was taken to the emergency room after suffering head trauma. He also assaulted another woman".
The player still didn't react, but it is expected to hear Mendy's side of the story until the end of the day, especially considering those severe charges.
