What a draw! Liverpool vs PSG, Real against Atletico

Maybe the new format of the Champions League doesn‘t suit everyone, but in it‘s first season, it already gave us more excitement than the old format! First of all, we saw that many European giants struggleed to get into the Top 8 (Bayern, PSG, Real, Manchester City, Juventus) and were forced to participate in the playoffs where we already saw ‘clash of the titans‘ – Manchester City – Real.

And now, after today‘s draw, UEFA have given us some incredible matchups in the Round of 16 already! Former Bayern striker Giovanni Elber got the honor to pull the names of the clubs and he pulled some fantastic pairs. In the Round of 16, we will see the Madrid baced derby between Real and Atletico, two best clubs in Germany at the moment, Bayern and Bayer will play against each other, and in-form PSG will face England‘s number one team Liverpool!
