We are the champions, my friend! Inter bounced back from Champions League defeat with a drubbing of Bologna

The Milan side reminded everyone of their Scudetto-winning credentials as they obliterated a disoriented Bologna team
That's how you recover from a defeat! Inter were subjected to a sucker punch on Wednesday when they conceded a late goal as Real Madrid took all three points at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in the Champions League. Simone Inzaghi and his players put that painful reverse behind them with a comprehensive win over Bologna in Serie A.
Inzaghi totally outsmarted his old teammate Sinisa Mihajlovic, now in charge of the visiting team, as Nerazurri came out all guns blazing and scored goals for fun.

Denzel Dumfries is setting in very well with his new teammates since arriving from the Dutch side PSV Eindhoven. He was given a huge pair of boots to fill after the departure of Achraf Hakimi, but the young Dutchman is enjoying an encouraging start. He provided a cross for Lautaro Martinez to hammer home and make it 1-0 with most fans still settling into their seats.
Defender Milan Skriniar directed a header in from a corner on the half-hour mark and Niccolo Barella reacted quickly to tuck in a rebound four minutes later to all but secure the points for the reigning champions.
Matias Vecino added the fourth before old boy Edin Dzeko joined the goalscoring party with two quality strikes in space of just five minutes to make it 6-0.
Belgian defender Arthur Theate scored a late consolation goal for the visitors, prompting Inter captain Samir Handanovic to confront his defenders for allowing a precious clean sheet to go to waste.
Still, the points saw Inter climb to the summit of the Serie A table - at least for a day. Roma, Milan and Napoli could all climb above them if they maintain their 100 per cent record on Sunday.
