Ethan Nwaneri joins Roberto De Zerbi's side on a loan until the end of the season, with no option to buy
Olympique Marseille are doing quite well in both Ligue 1 and the Champions League this season. Still, Roberto De Zerbi's side needs reinforcements in their quest for serious success and that's precisely what they expect to get from Arsenal attacking midfielder Ethan Nwaneri, who'll be joining them on a six-month loan.
On the eve of their crucial Champions League clash at home with Liverpool, OM have agreed on a loan deal with the 18-year-old England U21 international.

The Athletic broke the news of negotiations between the French giants and the Gunners, and he's expected to arrive in Southern France on Wednesday, but won't make his debut at the Velodrome before the weekend, against Ligue 1 leaders RC Lens.
According to Foot Mercato, Nwaneri will spend the remainder of the 2025-2026 campaign with Les Phoceens. However, his loan deal includes no option to buy.
Nwaneri went down the pecking order at the Emirates following the signings of Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke, along with Bukayo Saka's return to full fitness.
Under De Zerbi's tutelage in Marseille, Nwaneri will be expected to provide a serious attacking force and to team up with prolific Mason Greenwood, who has been OM's star man this season.
