The tournament offers a Kshs 1 million prize for the winners, with the quarterfinals scheduled for Friday.

The semifinals and the final will be held on Sunday at the same venue.

The Youth Team earned their place in the County finals by winning the Kasarani Sub-County title last year, where they defeated New Njiru FC on penalties.

“We are really excited to play in the County finals, and everyone is looking forward to the challenge. This is a knockout competition, so every game must be treated like a final,” said Tusker Youth head coach Peter Kariuki.

He added, “We have faced Jamhuri Sports Academy in the league and in friendly matches, so we know them well. It will not be an easy game, and we have to be at our best in every aspect of the game.”

The two sides recently met in the FKF Division II League at Ruaraka, with Tusker Youth edging Jamhuri SA 1–0.

They are also familiar from multiple friendly encounters.
