What a news coming from Emirates stadium!
Arsenal have signed 10-year-old Kenyan wunderkind Leo Messo. He is the Gunners' first signing of this transfer window, and it's the player for the future.
Messo - whose name resembles that of Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi - is part of the latest scholarship intake at Hale End.

Hoping to see the young lad excite the Gunners at the Emirates in the near future.#FFP pic.twitter.com/CSTo0sO6zT
His family is from London, and Messo was previously on the books at West Ham United.
He was given an Arsenal shirt with his name and no.9 on the back, which suggests he's a prospect the Gunners are eager to keep in their home and help him flourish in the teenage years.

The promising centre-forward signed a contract with the club and met a former Arsenal's sweeper Per Mertesacker and pose with him.
It won't be too difficult to remember that name in a few years, but you keep it in mind just in case. Maybe this Kenyan boy is the new Gunners star.
