Tammy and Jose - name a more iconic duo!

Tammy Abraham is the new prince of Rome and Jose Mourinho is the king! Roma make the Europa Conference League final!

The Giallorossi got off to a great start and needed just over 10 minutes to make their pressure count against the shell-shocked Foxes. The former Chelsea striker headed in past Kasper Schmeichel to make it 2-1 on aggregate.

The visitors looked lost in the Italian capital as Jose Mourinho's team looked firmly in control against the English team. The visiting midfielders James Maddison and Youri Tielemans never looked like assuming control of the match.

The most wholesome moment of the night came shortly after the break when the visiting fans sang songs about Claudio Ranieri, the Roman-born coach who led them to Premier League glory. Ranieri, who also managed Roma, was in attendance and he saluted the fans with tears of joy in his eyes. It was a genuinely beautiful moment at Stadio Olimpico.

The Romans had chances to put the game beyond doubt midway through the second half, but failed to turn a few promising attacks into what would be the killer goal.

Leicester only registered their first shot on target late on, but it was too little, to late for them to overcome the rampant Romans.

Mourinho has never been eliminated in a European semi-final and he continued that tradition. Roma will play in the Europa Conference League final in the Albanian capital of Tirana later this month.

The Giallorossi will face Dutch giants Feyenoord, who managed to hold on to their first-leg lead and squeeze past Marseille with a cagey goalless draw at Stade Velodrome.
