Como roll over Juventus for their first away win against the Bianconeri in 75 years

Two games, two 2-0s for Como against Juventus in this Serie A season!

It doesn't get more deserved than that.

Cesc Fabregas tore apart Luciano Spalletti's playbook again, proving that he is one of the most promising coaches in Europe, let alone in Italy. Back in October, in front of Arsene Wenger and Thierry Henry, their former Arsenal companion, Fabregas, taught Juve a valuable lesson by the lake. Some said it was nothing more than a coincidence and luck rather than proof of his tactical knowledge.

What is their excuse now, after Como clinched their victory at Juventus for the first time since 1951! The visitors celebrated a much-deserved 2-0 triumph, which gets them just one point below their today's rival.

On the other hand, the Serie A giants are going through a rough patch, having registered their third consecutive loss and drawing just once in their previous five games.

Of course, they were hoping for vengeance and a vital home win, but the game simply unfolded the worst possible way for the 36-time Italian champions.

Vojvoda opened the scoring after only 11 minutes to push the match in the direction Fabregas wanted it, while the Bianconeri struggled to make an impact on the other end, with no promising chances whatsoever.

Como has become Serie A's second-best defensive team after this 12th game without conceding a goal, just one less than Inter (13). At the same time, their flawless, simple yet effective attacking patterns humbled Juve remarkably.

A mouthwatering counter in the second half launched Caqueret in a perfect place and with no chance of missing an empty net, as he got the ball on a plate for 2-0.

Juve, who were playing in their unusual retro shirts with horizontal black-and-white stripes, showed some signs of life too late, but Thuram's effort and Koopmeiners' shot, which ended up on the post, couldn’t make any serious change.
