Sterling is determined to overcome the lowest points in his career - but only if Chelsea find their way

The winger spoke about the hectic season at Stamford Bridge
Everyone knows that anyone can jump on a project (or a business, football team, organisation or whatever) aboard when everything goes according to plan and success comes naturally. But the question is who can take on a task when everything seems lost? Well, we'll find out at Chelsea.
Raheem Sterling joined the Blues after a trophy-laden stint with Manchester City - and has endured a frustrating campaign. The 28-year-old winger told Sky Sports he wants to learn from their current predicament and put that knowledge into a much better second season in West London.
"Personally, this is one of the lowest points in my career. This might sound a bit weird, but it is also a great learning curve. It's been pretty smooth sailing winning, winning and winning but sometimes in life stuff gets thrown at you and it is a challenge that I'm looking forward to, hitting it head on and not trying to hide from it."
🗣️ "Having a manager that has the final say on everything."

The diminutive winger still believes that his time with Chelsea can be a success - but only if a new permanent manager takes over the team and lay down the plan for everyone to follow.
"It will only make me stronger and also the group stronger. These challenges, not in just football but life as well, it's crucial to how we deal with things and how we kick on after. Successful teams always have a manager that comes in, brings his blueprint and everyone follows. If there are people that don't follow, then they are not part of the team and that is how brutal it needs to be at a high level."
