Ochieng, who scored twice in his team’s last outing against Castellón on 7 March, had another standout performance as he scored the opening goal to help Sociedad register a fifth win in its last six matches.
The 23-year-old planted a right-footed shot into the bottom corner in the 11th minute to give the visitors an early lead.
The goal, which he celebrated with his teammates in a happy hurdle, meant he kept up his recent hot form, which has now seen him score six goals in his last five matches.

After taking the lead, Sociedad soon doubled their advantage in the 19th minute, when Dani Díaz converted a penalty awarded by referee Arcediano Monescillo at the request of VAR, following a foul on the striker by Carlos Albarran.
Sociedad almost made it three before halftime when a Mikel Rodriguez cross was headed against the post by Gorka Carrera.
The visitors were forced to brave a period of pressure from Córdoba in the second half, but met a mean Aitor Fraga in goal, who secured a clean sheet and all the three points for Sociedad.
Ochieng, who was on Friday called up to the Harambee Stars set to play international friendlies later this month, played for 71 minutes, before being replaced by 18-year-old Alex Marchal.
Statistically, the former Ligi Ndogo forward scored from his only shot, but had five touches inside the opposition box, while completing 50 percent of his passes in the final third.
The win for Sociedad saw them climb to 12th on the La Liga 2 table with 40 points.
Their next assignment comes on Sunday, 22 March against Granada CF at home.
