Kenyan international Jonah Ayunga made a return to his Scottish club St. Mirren with a goal in a buildup match after being sidelined for eight months with a knee injury.
Ayunga picked an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during the 1-0 win over Motherwell in February and underwent surgery the same month but has since returned to the green grass getting 45 minutes under his belt.
The Kenyan striker return is a boost to the Stephen Robinson side that are third on the standings having lost a single game this term, three points behind second placed Rangers FC.
Ayunga is in contention for a starting berth when Mirren host bottom placed St. Johnstone over the weekend.
Olunga Scores in the Champions League
Harambee Stars striker and captain Michael Olunga was on target for his side Al Duhail as they succumbed to a 4-3 defeat Al-Nassr in an exciting battle staged at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh on Tuesday night.
The striker also registered an assist to his name as his perfect cross provided Ismael Mohammed with Al Duhail's first goal of the game.
However, even that standout performance of the Kenyan striker wasn't enough for the Qatari side to clinch at least a draw, thanks to one of the world's best-ever players, Cristiano Ronaldo. Al-Nassr's skipper scored a jaw-dropping brace and launched a stunning no-look backheel assist to push his side to a thrilling 4-3 home victory in the AFC Champions League.

Dons riot continued in the second stanza as Max Dean and Alex Gilbey fired a goal each to complete the big win for the Mike Williamson coached side.
Another Kenyan international Clark Odour was introduced in the 73rd minute.
Yet another defeat for Vincent Harper
Newly called up member of the Harambee Stars squad Vincent Harper was in action for his club Exeter City and managed 73 minutes as they suffered a second defeat in row against Derby Count in an English League one gamed played on Tuesday night at the Pride Park stadium.
Nathaniel Méndez-Laing and Conor Washington strikes were enough to relegate Exeter to 18th on the log.
Mandela unused in Sundown draw

Sundowns won the first leg 2-0 and on Tuesday they had to keep Petro at bay after being reduced to ten men in the third minute.
They face CAF Champions League champions Al Ahly in the semis.
