Alwyn Tera bagged an assist but was unfortunate as it could not help his side to win on Sunday.
Kenyans plying their trade in Europe registered mixed results over the weekend as former Gor Mahia midfielder Amos Nondi was the only one who registered a win with his team.
Alwyn Tera
Kenyan midfielder Alwyn Tera’s assist was not enough for Saburtalo as they suffered a 4-3 defeat at the hands of Dinamo Tbilisi in the Georgian National League.
The loss at the hands of the reigning champions compounds Saburtalo to their first defeat of the season after four league matches.
Tera set up Iuri Tabatadze for the third goal after Shota Nonikashvili had bagged a brace in the first half.
Zoran Marusic equaled Nonikashvili’s feat in the first half as he also claimed a brace of his own before Georgij Gabedava and Giorgi Papava scored for Tbilisi to fire them to victory.
Amos Nondi
Nondi was the only Kenyan to pick up a win on Sunday as he lasted 56 minutes in Dila Gori’s 1-2 win over Samgurali in the Georgian National League.
Samgurali needed only six minutes to grab the lead as Shalva Burjanadze put them ahead but Wanderson pulled one back for Gori in the 65th minute from the penalty spot.
Guinean forward Usmane Kamara scored the winner for Dila to maintain their lead at the summit of the league as they are locked on 10 minutes with Dinamo Batumi.
Eric Marcelo Ouma
The left-back clocked 90 minutes for AIK in the friendly match against Brommapojkarna but ended up on the losing end following a 1-2 scoreline.

The last time AIK and IF Brommapojkarna met was during the pre-season two years ago when Kenyan internationals Eric Johanna and David Cheche Ochieng turned out for the latter.
AIK rested Sebastian Larsson and Mikael Lustig in a precautionary measure in case the duo were selected in the Swedish national team for next week's upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
Sandberg-Magnusson opened the scoring for Brommapojkarna in the 20th minute while Nicolas Stefanelli equalized from the spot three minutes later.
Monir Jelassi scored the winner for Brommapojkarna in the 40th minute as they continued with their impressive form in pre-season that has seen them win all games.
