The legendary Leicester City net-buster Jamie Vardy could make his first move out of England at 38 and join the ranks of the Serie A champions!
Napoli are without a doubt into ex-Premier League players.
They had four of them last season. Some made crucial impacts in the Neapolitans' Scudetto-winning campaign, while some were far from leading roles. Still, it worked pretty well.
Scott McTominay became the Serie A MVP, Romelu Lukaku recorded 14 goals and 10 assists, while Billy Gilmour and Philip Billing (who returned to Bournemouth after his loan expired) mainly contributed from the bench.
Kevin De Bruyne joined Antonio Conte's squad two months ago after his ten-year spell with Man City, and his ex-teammate Jack Grealish was close to arriving in Naples but opted for Everton in the end.
According to Daily Mail, the Neapolitans do not intend to stop, as they have allegedly aimed a bombastic target - Jamie Vardy!

The legendary Leicester City net-buster left the Foxes as a free agent at the end of the previous season after spending 13 years at King Power Stadium. Given that he played just for three more clubs - Stocksbridge Park Steels, Halifax Town, and Fleetwood Town - in his career, a move to Napoli would be Vardy's first time leaving England.
As for the Neapolitans, they are desperately after a striker following Lukaku's severe injury and the targets are many. There are several Serie A players like Dusan Vlahovic (Juventus), Andrea Pinamonti (Sassuolo), and Nikola Krstovic (Lecce), as well as several "foreigners" such as Breel Embolo (Monaco) and Rasmus Hojlund (Man United).
Still, the fact that Vardy is the only free agent in the mix works strongly in his favour. Truth be told, he is 38, and he's not the player he was five years ago, but he hasn't forgotten how to score goals. Not to mention, what a move his arrival in Naples would be from a marketing perspective.
Yet, Daily Mail claims that Brendan Rodgers, the former Liverpool boss who coached Vardy at Leicester from 2019 to 2023, is keen on bringing the veteran to Celtic, so any deal between Napoli and the player is still far from realization.
