Al-Hilal hammered Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League's high-profile clash

Serbian internationals Aleksandar Mitrovic and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic were on target as Al-Hilal destroyed Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr in a high-octane Saudi Pro League encounter.in front of a 60,000-strong crowd in Riyadh.

The match commenced with both teams exhibiting early attacking intent. Mitrovic threatened Al Nassr's defence early on, but his attempt narrowly missed the target. Meanwhile, Anderson Talisca's free-kick for Al-Nassr was impressively saved by Bono.

Al Hilal's Michael had a promising chance, but it was denied by Al-Nassr's goalkeeper Nawaf Al Aqidi. The first half saw an increase in tensions, resulting in Otavio receiving a yellow card for a foul on an opponent.

At halftime, the game was deadlocked with both sides unable to break the stalemate, but the second half witnessed Milinkovic-Savic breaking the deadlock for Al-Hilal with a close-range strike. Mitrovic and Cristiano Ronaldo were both involved in controversial decisions. Ronaldo's goal was ruled out for offside, sparking protests, while Mitrovic received a yellow card for a harsh tackle.

Despite Al-Nassr's efforts to fight back, Al-Hilal managed to extend their lead through Mitrovic, capitalizing on a corner. Al-Nassr's Malcom faced multiple thwarted attempts by Al-Hilal's keeper, Al-Aqidi, keeping the scoreline unchanged.

Tensions escalated further with Malcom being booked, adding to the match's intensity. Mohammed Maran's goal for Al-Nassr was disallowed, inciting more chaos.

The game concluded with Mitrovic securing a brace for Al-Hilal. Ronaldo appealed for a penalty, but the referee waved away the claims. Despite Al-Nassr's spirited display, the hosts emerged triumphant in a thrilling encounter.
