Rodri loses his head but City don't pay the price

The reigning champions of England dispatch Forest with two easy goals
Manchester City were 2-0 ahead against Nottingham Forest as the second half kicked off. In a matter of seconds, Pep Guardiola's trusty midfielder Rodri made the stupidest decision of his season.
The Spaniard was annoyed with the opposition's player, Morgan Gibbs-White, lost his temper and pushed the Englishman away by putting his hands on the opponent's neck. Referee Anthony Taylor didn't hesitate and he promptly sent the former Atletico Madrid man off.
Thankfully for City, they barely looked like they were a man down, they controlled the second half and managed to seal the points against Steve Cooper's side.

The Sky Blues needed less than a quarter-hour to seal the win, with Phil Foden and Erling Haaland getting on the score sheet to put the home team in the driving seat.
Elsewhere, London rivals Crystal Palace and Fulham played out an uninspiring goalless draw at Selhurst Park, while Luton and Wolverhampton did their chances of survival little favour by drawing 1-1.
