Dwight Yorke has brought Australian slot Macarthur FC only a game away from a cup trophy
If you're older than 30, there's no chance you were not a devoted admirer of that mesmerizing Yorke-Cole duo in Manchester United offence in the late '90s.
Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole were a match made in heaven, a perfect attacking partnership that provided Sir Alex Ferguson and the Red Devils' fanbase with many, many splendid memories to cherish and remember.

More than two decades later, the latter is making his name in the coaching business far away from the lights of Old Trafford, unlike his regular sub back in the days, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Yorke has been in charge of Australian Macarthur FC - the 'youngest' professional club in the country - since July 1 2022, and now has taken them straight to the national cup final.
His side defeated Oakley Cannons 5-2 in a one-leged semi-final tie to book their spot in the final, scheduled for October 1.

In the showdown, they'll face Sydney United, one of the leading clubs in the state of New South Wales. On the way to the final, they also eliminated the champion of the A-League, Western United, on penalties and another member of the elite division of Australian football, Brisbane Roar (3-2).
