Open the gates of glory: magician Yamal or cold-blooded strategist Cholo, who wins it tonight?

This could be the third time in the last 12 years that Atletico Madrid has knocked Barcelona out of the Champions League quarter-finals
Dream or miracle - that's how Spanish media have framed tonight's blockbuster between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona in the return leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.
For Los Colchoneros, it's about finishing the job after a commanding 2-0 win at Camp Nou. For Barca, it's about pulling off a comeback few manage, especially in a fortress like the Metropolitano.
One thing is for sure: the football world is bracing for another intense night.
This is already the sixth meeting between the sides this season, with Barcelona leading 3-2 overall. But Atletico are on the brink of winning where it matters most, having already knocked the Catalans out of the Copa del Rey, and now standing one step from doing the same in the Champions League.
And yet, no lead feels safe against this Barcelona side.
With the likes of Lamine Yamal, Robert Lewandowski and company, a single moment of brilliance can flip the tie. That’s exactly what Diego Simeone wants to avoid - and why his tone ahead of the game has been notably cautious.
The history, however, is on Atletico's side.
Under Cholo, they have never lost a two-goal advantage in a Champions League knockout tie. When they build a lead, they don’t just defend it - they fortify it.
"We have to believe, but everything we say means nothing if we don't show it on the pitch," Simeone said. "We'll play the game we need to go through."
Barcelona, meanwhile, arrive with a sense of unfinished business and frustration.
They were unhappy with refereeing decisions in the first leg, particularly a denied penalty, but Simeone refused to be drawn into the debate.
"I think about my team, not the referees," he said.
For Hansi Flick, the equation is simple - and brutal.
Barcelona must attack, but they must also defend better than they have all season. No team has conceded more goals in the competition since last year, and they've gone 14 straight games without a clean sheet, hardly ideal when chasing a comeback of this magnitude.
Still, belief remains.
"Comebacks are possible - why not?" Flick said. "We need intensity, connection, and the right mentality. These games are decided by details."
And perhaps by moments. That's where all eyes turn to Lamine Yamal, the teenage spark carrying Barcelona's hopes.
"We're Barcelona. We fight for this badge," he said. "This isn't a miracle. We believe we can do it."
Atleti, though, see it differently. For them, this is already a final. For Barcelona, it might take something extraordinary just to get there.
