He has scored against 90 different club sides and 31 national teams. The Honduran Luis Lopez is the 219th keeper to have that 'honour'

His numbers and achievements are ludicrous, and it's still far from over, despite the age of 35.

Lionel Messi simply doesn't care to stop, and he continued his mesmerizing tally last night in the match against Honduras. Messi's brace deserved a standing ovation from a packed stadium, thus reaching the number of 87 goals scored for his national side.

Moreover, the Honduran keeper Luis Lopez became - brace yourself - the 219th custodian across the globe to concede to Leo. The tiny Argentine has scored against 90 different club sides and 31 national teams.

And the World Cup is still ahead of us, with the sky-high expectations of both him and the team to clinch the title, which would be the first one after that famous back in 1986 powered by Diego Maradona. Leo is his legitimate successor, indeed.
