Murang'a Seal are seven points behind the league leaders
National Super League (NSL) leaders Shabana FC will be seeking to extend their stay at the summit on Sunday when they take on Mara Sugar at Gusii Stadium.
This should be an enticing encounter considering Mara Sugar are unbeaten in the last six matches, winning four and drawing two while Shabana come into the match riding on a 6-0 win over Vihiga United.
In another match, second-placed Murang'a Seal will be out to maintain their chase when they host Kajiado at St Sebastian Park starting at 3 PM.
Seal have had their act together recently and are seven points off Shabana and four ahead of the third-placed Gusii FC.
The Murang'a-based side have won their last five matches while Kajiado strung back-to-back wins for the first time this season in their last two matches.
At the Camp Toyoyo, Darajani Gogo will take on SS Assad whose record on the road is not the best in the division while the struggling MCF and Silibwet at Kenyatta Stadium.
Migori Youth have a chance to storm the top three when they host Mombasa Elite at the Migori Stadium for the match slated for a 2 PM kick-off.
