At the heart of the action are promotion-chasing sides Fortune Sacco and 3K FC, who face off against Soy United and Mully Children's Family (MCF), respectively.
With the season entering its decisive stretch, the outcomes of these matches carry significant weight in the race for top-flight promotion as well as the battle for survival.
3K FC vs Mully Children's Family (MCF)
At Embu Stadium, 3K FC will be determined to extend their remarkable unbeaten run when they take on a struggling MCF side.
The Embu-based outfit, under the guidance of head coach Nicodemus Omasete, have been in scintillating form, winning their last six matches on the trot and stretching their unbeaten streak to eleven matches.
They now stand on the brink of a seventh consecutive victory and a 12th straight match without defeat.
Currently sitting fourth on 59 points, just one behind third-placed Equity, 3K FC understand the magnitude of the task ahead.
Victory would see them climb to 62 points, strengthening their push for a historic promotion to the top tier in only their second season in the second division.
Beyond the immediate standings, a win would also close the gap on league leaders Migori Youth and Mombasa United to just three points, setting up a tantalising three-horse title race.

Equally motivating for the Mozzart Bet-backed side will be the desire for redemption, having suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to MCF in the first leg in Machakos.
However, overturning that result will be far from straightforward.
MCF, currently third from bottom with 24 points, are fighting for survival and have little margin for error with just seven matches remaining.
Despite showing resilience with three consecutive draws, those results have done little to ease their relegation concerns.
For the Machakos-based side, this encounter represents a must-win if they are to keep their survival hopes alive.
Adding an emotional layer to the contest is the presence of Francis Chege, the former 3K FC head coach, who now leads MCF.
Facing his former side under such high-pressure circumstances is set to inject further intrigue into what is already shaping up to be a fiercely contested encounter.
With contrasting ambitions, promotion for 3K FC and survival for MCF, the stage is perfectly set for a compelling showdown.
Soy United vs Fortune Sacco
Meanwhile, at Eldoret Showground, another captivating fixture awaits as Soy United host Fortune Sacco FC.

Fortune Sacco arrive in Eldoret riding a nine-match unbeaten streak, a run that has reignited their promotion ambitions.
The Kirinyaga-based side currently sits sixth on 53 points, seven adrift of the promotion places, and are keen to maintain momentum as the season approaches its climax.
A win for Fortune would lift them to 56 points and potentially narrow the gap to third place to just three points, depending on other results.
Head coach Vincent Nyaberi, however, faces a significant challenge with the absence of key personnel.
Leading scorer Collins Mwangi, who has netted 18 goals this season, will miss the clash due to suspension following an accumulation of yellow cards.
His absence is a major blow to Fortune’s attacking threat. Additionally, Elvis Barasa is sidelined with an injury sustained in their previous outing against Mwatate.
Despite these setbacks, Fortune Sacco will draw confidence from their 1-0 victory in the reverse fixture and will be aiming to complete a season double over Soy United.
Soy United, on their part, remain a formidable opponent.
While inconsistency has plagued their campaign in the second leg, they are determined to finish strongly in their return season.
Coming off a draw against MCF, the Eldoret-based side will be eager to rediscover winning form.
Head coach Jeffers Odongo will also have revenge on his mind following their first-leg defeat, as Soy United push for a respectable finish within the top five, setting up a cracker.
