Zoo are yet to win a match in the second tier.
Zoo FC head coach Herman Iswekha is disappointed that lackadaisical defending continues to extend their wait for their first win since their return to the National Super League (NSL).
The Kericho-based side booked an early ticket to the second tier after FIFA found them guilty of match manipulation in May and were consequently, tossed out of the top flight.
The club was expected to boss second-tier football after they managed to hold on to their key players who are understood to be under the radar of deep-pocketed clubs but they have not won a match so far.
Zoo opened the season with a 1-1 draw at home against Kisumu All Stars before dishing a walkover in their subsequent match that they were supposed to play Silibwet Leons.
It ends with a draw here in Wundanyi...we were reduced to 10 men as Ondati picked a red card on the first half..Unto the next!

The club played Shabana to another one-all draw in their third match and replicated the same result on Saturday away to Mwatate United.
Iswekha was quick to observe that goals were coming but stopping opponents from kissing their net was still a concern for the team.
"We have been playing well but it worries me that we haven't kept a clean sheet in the opening three matches. We have been scoring at least a goal in every match but at the same time, we have been conceding," he said.
Despite the false start, Iswekha reserved some praises for the team for gallantly coming from a goal down to earn a point away from Mwatate.
Zoo were reduced to ten men early in the first half after Kepha Ondati saw red at a time when they were looking to level matters.

"We conceded early and made the matters worse, we had our playmaker sent off less than ten minutes into the game. I am happy that the players fought for the equalizer and managed to contain Mwatate who threw everything to our goal," he said.
Meanwhile, Iswekha has expressed hope that they will end their wait for the first win of the season when they host the wounded Dandora Love on Wednesday. The latter lost 4-1 to Mombasa Elite at Camp Toyoyo on Saturday.
