The Mexican striker agrees on a two-year deal with the Craven Cottage outfit

Mitro was obviously fed up with Fulham and the English Premier League, so he's desperately pushing for the move to Saudi Arabian Al-Hilal. At first, the Craven Cottagers were trying to persuade him to change his mind, but it ended in a sour 'divorce'.

Anyhow, the Londoners won't cry too much for their old love, as they already turned to Aleksandar Mitrovic's replacement in the attack. As Mozzart Sport Kenya reported, their choice is Mexican striker Raul Jimenez, 32, until recently deployed in Wolverhampton Wanderers' attacking line.

Fulham have officially announced the signing of Jimenez from Wolves for a fee which is understood to be £5.5m. The striker has put pen to paper on a two-year deal, plus an option for a further 12 months.

Upon signing, Jimenez told the club website:

"It's really important for me to arrive here. I will try to do my best for the team, one of the most iconic teams in the Premier League.

"I'm happy to be here and to play in this stadium. It's a really good stadium, I like it here. I'm going to give my best to keep scoring goals in the Premier League."
