We couldn't help but think of this famous Real Madrid coach's quote once we heard the news from Ghana.

According to their very reliable journalist Saddick Adams, Ghana's Parliament has decided to reschedule the presentation of the much-anticipated 2023 budget, fixed for November 24. The reason for it?

Well, apparently, the Majority Leader explained the proposal is to give their maximum support to the Black Stars, who take on Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal in the 2022 FIFA World Cup the same day.

Ghana are back at the World Cup after failing to qualify for the tournament in Russia four years ago.

Before that, they had competed at the 2006, 2010 and 2014 editions of the competition.

Head coach Otto Addo only took charge of Ghana earlier this year, ahead of their CAF World Cup play-off against Nigeria. The team had previously topped their qualification group, finishing ahead of South Africa by virtue of their head-to-head record.
