Antonio Conte's men's 1-1 draw against the Gialloblu gave Inter Milan a chance to go nine points clear at the top of the Serie A table, six rounds before the end of the season
Last June, Cristian Chivu left Parma's bench to take over his former club Inter Milan, and now his ex-side may have won him the Scudetto!
The Gialloblu tripped the Nerazzurri's main rivals for the title, Napoli, salvaging a 1-1 draw at home, and gave the table-toppers a chance to go nine points clear if they beat Como tonight (21.45).

Parma stunned the Neapolitans only 33 seconds into the game, as Gabriel Strefezza scored the fastest goal in the current Serie A campaign following Nesta Elphege's key assist.
The early opener was a sign for Napoli to push forward as hard as possible, but also for the home team to defend with every means possible.
Chances in front of Parma's goal were coming one after another, but Frank Anguissa, Matteo Politano, and Alisson Santos failed to outsmart the terrific custodian Zion Suzuki.
Antonio Conte's men made as many as 20 attempts, but only one of their six shots on target ended in the back of the net, when Scott McTominay levelled the score at the hour mark on Rasmus Hojlund's assist.
In the end, Parma managed to salvage a draw and defend their home turf against Napoli for the second season in a row, as they held the future Serie A champions to a goalless draw last year.
Now, they might have handed them the crucial blow in the title race.
