Batoto ba Mungu were among the most active clubs in the transfer window but are yet to find rhythm
Sofapaka winger Darius Msagha believes it is just a matter of time before the club starts a powerful march out of the bottom of the log all the way to the top five.
The former league champions find themselves in an embarrassing slot, going by their profile and the caliber of players they acquired in the last transfer window.
Sofapaka were among the most active clubs in the window, where they acquired fairly decent players but are yet to find rhythm, eleven rounds into the season.
The poor run is certainly a source of concern for many, but Msagha feels that coach Ezekiel Akwana is building something special behind the scenes.
The flanker, who joined the club after running out of contract at Bandari, said the unit was doing its best to right the wrongs that had a negative impact in the opening eleven rounds of the season.
"As a team, we understand the position we are in at the moment is embarrassing. However, I can assure you that we will not be in the lower ranks for long. One month is enough to get the team where it is supposed to be," he said.
Msagha, who has two goals after finding the back of the net against Gor Mahia and Nairobi City Stars in the meantime, feels that he has the potential to hit more than ten.
Batoto Ba Mungu has a date with AFC Leopards this weekend, where both teams will be seeking redemption after dropping points in the previous round.

"I am hoping to score at least 13 goals this season. I already have two and will be working towards meeting my target starting this weekend," he said.
Leopards, who have won a game so far in the season, were held to a 1-1 draw by the Posta Rangers in their last assignment.
