The Frenchman’s phenomenal performances could not go unnoticed by Los Blancos

Florentino Perez is reportedly preparing another ambitious move in the transfer market, with Michael Olise emerging as a key name on Real Madrid’s radar ahead of the summer window.

A report from MARCA claims the Madrid president has admired the England-born French attacker for quite some time and is now seriously weighing up a major bid to bring him to the Santiago Bernabeu once the season concludes.

The Spanish giants are said to be ready to invest heavily to make the deal happen, with figures around €160 million being mentioned as a possible offer. Should a transfer of that magnitude go through, Olise would rank among the most expensive arrivals in the club’s history.

Madrid’s strong interest reportedly stems from their belief that the Bayern forward is one of the most exciting attacking players of his generation. At the same time, uncertainty surrounding the long-term future of Rodrygo has also played a role in elevating Olise’s status as a priority target.

Speculation suggests the Brazilian could depart at the end of the campaign, and internally Olise is viewed as an ideal replacement who could bring fresh creativity and attacking dynamism to the squad.

Perez has built a reputation over the years for delivering headline-grabbing signings when the club needs renewed energy. With expectations at the Bernabeu always sky-high, some insiders believe he is working on a move that could once again generate major excitement among the fanbase.

However, securing Olise’s signature will not be easy. Despite the speculation, Bayern Munich are not thought to be willing sellers at this stage.

The winger remains under contract with the Bundesliga club until 2029, and crucially, the agreement reportedly contains no release clause. That means any potential move would depend entirely on negotiations between the two clubs — a factor that could make the transfer far more complicated to complete.
