McTominay gives and takes, as Dalot's late stunner wins it for United at Sheffield

Erik ten Hag's team grabs an important 2-1 away victory at Bramall Lane
Scott McTominay has again made his presence count massively, but this time, he was not the hero in another 2-1 Premier League win for the Red Devils.
Or, at least, not the most significant one.
The Scotland international netted once more on Saturday to put his side in front at Sheffield United. However, that first-half opener of his was quickly ruined with a penalty McTominay himself conceded just six minutes later.
His blatant handball in Manchester United's box resulted in a penalty, which allowed McBurney to level the score.
Unlike the previous Premier League tie at home against Brentford, when McTominay scored a late heroic brace, Erik ten Hag's team was saved this time by Diogo Dalot. The Portuguese midfielder struck it spectacularly with only 14 minutes left on the clock for a big celebration at the Bramall Lane away end.
In terms of attacking, this was maybe one of the finest Man Utd performances in the current season, but they were so unlucky in the final third on several occasions. The ball hit the woodwork more than once, as Bruno Fernandes and Amrabat were inches away from scoring belters. Their sighs of disbelief, along with Hojlund's and Garnacho's, were charged later by Dalot. And it was just enough for the win.
Albeit Sheffield United are the worst Premier League side by far, with a single point to their account, they had their chances, too. Onana was under barrage fire, but the Cameroonian keeper had an excellent night and made some saves that will boost his confidence.
