In the whole conundrum around the Ghanaian's future, only one thing is sure - he won't stay at Bournemouth
The January Transfer Window hasn't started yet, but one name has already triggered a clash between Premier League heavyweights - Antoine Semenyo.
After a phenomenal beginning of the EPL campaign in which he recorded eight goals and three assists in 17 appearances, the Ghanaian's next destination seems very vague, and only one thing looks certain - he won't stay at Bournemouth.
Liverpool were the first ones to express interest in the forward, though Alexander Isak's severe injury urged them to accelerate and concretize their pursuit of the 25-year-old.
However, the Manchester giants have recently entered the race, as both United and City's representatives negotiate with the player's agents, aiming to convince them to bring him on board.
Finally, to complete a crowd outside Semenyo's door, Chelsea joined the battle for him during the last 24 hours!
Although representing Ghana on an international level, Semenyo was born in London, near the Blues' stadium, Stamford Bridge, though he occasionally mentioned that he supported Arsenal.
🚨 Big battle ongoing for Antoine Semenyo as Chelsea also called today to enquire on deal conditions.

Manchester United and Manchester City in talks with player’s camp for days, talks remain underway.
Liverpool are also interested since November.

Either way, Bournemouth made a smart move extending his deal last July and including a €74.5 million release clause that a potential buyer will have to meet. Nevertheless, it's allegedly valid only during the first ten days of January, as Semenyo's early departure would give the Cherries enough time to find an adequate replacement.
In the end, the decision will be up to the player. Will he choose one of the red or one of the blue sides, London, Manchester, or Liverpool, title contenders or those fighting "only" for the Champions League? Days to come will tell.
