Sharks handed boost in striking department after Lokale is registered for remaining bit of season
Kariobangi Sharks have been handed a boost in their striking department ahead of the resumption of the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) following the return of Sydney Lokale to the team.
Lokale was last year loaned to Finnish top tier side HIFK Fotbol for the rest of the 2020 season only for his stay to be cut short after suffering a nastly knee injury which saw him go under the knife in July.

The towering forward won the loan deal after impressing football scouts in 2019 and would have sealed a four-year stay in Finland were it not for the injury.
The Lodwar-born player who joined Sharks in December 2017 has been confirmed fit and has further been registered in readiness for the remaining bit of the season which is set to resume after all players are vaccinated.
Preliminary reports indicate that the competition which was halted last month after President Uhuru Kenyatta ordered for the suspension of sporting activities is projected to restart on April 24.
According to reliable sources within the Kenyan football deep state, the league could resume next weekend.

Lokale's recovery comes at a time when the club's hitman Erick Kapaito is yet to fully recover from a hamstring injury picked while attached to the national team, Harambee Stars in the recent Fifa week.
"He was training with the team before the league was suspended. We have registered him and will be available for selection when we resume. Kapaito on the other hand has begun light individual training," revealed club chairman Robert Maoga.
The return of the former Nakuru All Stars player to the team is welcome news to coach William Muluya who solely relied on Kapaito for goals.
Kapaito had found the back of the net fourteen times in fifteen rounds, making him a strong candidate for the golden boot.
