Liverpool's Robinson has operation on injured shoulder

The experienced defender suffered a hit from Spain's keeper Unai Simon during the Euro 2024 Qualifiers tie
Liverpool defender Andy Robertson has had an operation on the right shoulder he injured playing for Scotland, explained the Reds' manager Jurgen Klopp.
He was hurt in a challenge with Spain keeper Unai Simon during this month's Euro 2024 qualifying defeat and left the pitch immediately.
"He's had his surgery, and it all went well, as good as it could be," Klopp told a news conference.
"We don't know how long it will take, but the first step is done."
Robertson was replaced by left-back Kostas Tsimikas for last weekend's Merseyside derby win against Everton. Tsimikas has also started Europa League wins against LASK Linz and Union Saint-Gilloise, as well as an EFL Cup third-round victory against Leicester City this season.
Liverpool play French side Toulouse at Anfield in the Europa League on Thursday.
