Anti Super League banners and Liverpool fans are seen outside Anfield today as twelve of Europe's top football clubs launch a breakaway Super League
The big clubs are responsible to respond to their fans' desire. That's what Florentino Perez said when talking about the alleged motives for creating a breakaway Super League.
Well, it's definitely not the desire of Liverpool's supporters, since they've already spoken up, and not in a favour of the new league att all. They've put large anti Super League banners outside Anfield today with slogans like 'Shame on you' and 'R.I.P. LFC'.
In the meantime, the Kop-based fangroups issued public statemets, saying they strongly condemn any further Liverpool's involvement in the new competition.

"We, along with other groups involved in flags, will be removing our flags from The Kop. We feel we can no longer give our support to a club which puts financial greed above integrity of the game, " stated the group called Spion Kop 1906.
Many Scousers have already showed their rage on social media, thus sharing that famous quote of the legendary Bill Shankley, the Liverpool tactician from 1959 up until 1974:
