Ladies and gentleman - Arturo Vidal doing backflips on his car

It is no surprise that Inter and Chile midfielder Arturo Vidal is making waves on social media. And it is even a less of a surprise that it is something unrelated to football.

A video emerged of Vidal being so drunk that he had difficulties entering his car.

In a video that was taken on August 18, which was three days before Inter’s opening Serie A fixture against Genoa, Vidal is seen initially posing with some fans for pictures and then trying to get into a red sports car. He ended up rolling over on the back of it with his legs in the air instead.

He eventually, with a little help, managed to manoeuvre himself into the passenger seat, albeit initially facing the wrong way.

As it can be seen and heard in the video, it was filmed by some women on a balcony onto the street below, where the vehicle was parked.

It’s not clear why the clip has gone viral now, almost two months later.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Inter are aware of the incident and had already discussed it with the player in August.

Vidal has never hid his rebellious personality and has so far had a few situations off duty for which he was penalized by his clubs.
