Yes, that's him, legendary Brazilian magician Kaka. The former AC Milan and Real Madrid star finished the maiden race

Eliud Kipchoge broke his own marathon record on Sunday in Berlin and made all the Kenyans proud of his out-of-this-world achievement.

But the news of the Berlin marathon is also massively read in Brazil, and the reason for that is one of the best footballers in the world during the '00s.

The name of Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite probably doesn't ring a bell for you, but if we say his rather short and simple nickname Kaka - now, we're talking!

Yes, that very same Kaka, officially the best football player in the world in 2007, made his marathon debut in Berlin at the age of 40.

According to German media, there was cheering for the prominent participant along the route, and he successfully completed the track in a time of 3:38:06 hours, a good hour and a half slower than Kipchoge's record.

"This is something really special in marathons - afterwards, I can say that the best one in the marathon ran this time, and at the same time, I was running with him," Kaka told the reporters ahead of the race, which saw another Kipchoge's deserved coronation.
