Kenyans suffer defeat featuring for Scottish and English sides

It was not a kind outing for Kenyans on Tuesday night.
Kenyan forward Jonah Ayunga clocked 90 minutes as his 10-man St Mirren suffered a 2-0 loss at the hands of Airdrieonians while Zaech Obiero featured for Leyton Orient in the 5-2 drabbing against Portsmouth.

The 25-year-old was handed another start after bagging a brace last time out in the 2-0 win over Cowdenbeath in the League Cup but suffered a defeat in the same competition following the 5-2 loss against Airdrieonians.
St Mirren’s game plan was ripped into shreds when Greg Kiltie was handed his marching orders for a dangerous tackle with the referee flashing a straight red card.
It took a while for Airdrieonians to get going but they finally made their man advantage count six minutes after the hour mark when Justin Devenny put them ahead.
With St Mirren pushing bodies forward for a late equalizer, Airdrieonians hit on the counter and sealed the game with a 2-0 win courtesy of a Kyan Gunn 95th minute goal.

The Kenyan midfielder was a second half substitute as his Leyton Orient side suffered a 5-2 humbling at the hands of Portsmouth in a pre-season friendly.
Orient had a nightmare start to the game when Shadrach Ogie put the ball in the back of his own net in the 16th minute as Portsmouth went on to double their lead two minutes later through Joe Pigott.
Leyton went into the half time break a goal down after Paul Smyth halved the deficit a minute to the break with Obero being introduced at the start of the second half in place of George Moncur.

A Marlon Pack goal and a Ronan Curtis penalty put Portsmouth in a commanding lead but Daniel Happe pulled one back for Orient to hand them some fighting chance.
Joe Pigott sealed his brace in the 75th minute to ensure an emphatic win for Portsmouth.
