KCB are looking to make it five wins in a row against the Dockers.

Based on the previous five games, KCB are the most in-form outfit in the league but their form comes under serious security when they take on Bandari at Mbaraki Sports Club on Thursday 9 December.

The Bankers are on a roll having won four and drawn once in the last five games with a win enough to take them to the summit of the log depending on results elsewhere.

The Dockers on the other hand are from picking up a point against the stubborn Kakamega Homeboyz at Bukhungu Stadium and have only suffered one defeat in their last five games.

Speaking to Mozzart Sport, KCB winger James Mazembe admitted that the clash will not be a walk in the park but they will be looking to extend their impressive form.

“This is a tough game, we are not taking it lightly, we have prepared well for the game and we are hoping for a positive result after 90 minutes. We are on a good run of form but that still does not mean that this is not an easy game, we will try and get something away from home,” said Mazembe.

Since 2009 the two teams have locked horns 16 times in the league with Bandari having an edge in the fixture having won seven games compared to KCB’s five victories while four draws have been registered.

KCB head coach Zedekiah Zico Otieno will be hoping Mazembe can extend the hot streak that has seen him score three goals in the last four games.

Bandari have made Mbaraki Sports Club a fortress in recent years having suffered only one defeat his season to Posta Rangers and have only shipped in three goals in the venue thus far.

The clash is slated for a 3 PM kick-off.
