The Old Lady is offering 10 million euros salary per season
Maybe Cristiano Ronaldo is staying in Juventus, but Paulo Dybala is not. Various reports in Italy are suggesting that the „relationship“ between the current Serie A champions and the Argentinian striker is cold as ice and that the Old Lady will sell him in June.
Dybala’s contract runs out in 2022, so there are two options: extend or sell him, in order to avoid the „Alaba scenario“, where a highly rated player walks out of the club for nothing. And Juventus wanted to extend, but they draw a line in the sand: 10 million euros salary per season, including performance-related bonuses. This offer was on the table at the start of the season, but Dybala and his agent already rejected it. According to Football Italia, Juve is calling this „a take it or leave it to offer“ now.
And that is why Juventus vice-president was non-comital to the Argentinian just two days ago.
"We missed Dybala. I think he hasn't played more than 800 minutes with us this season. His presence would give us more options up front. He has one year left in his contract and I have nothing to add to what Paratici and Agnelli already said. Juventus will evaluate every opportunity in the market“ Pavel Nedved told DAZN.

And Dybala’s former boss revealed that he almost sold the Argentinian to Napoli instead of Juventus in 2015, and urges him to go to Sicily now.
„I wanted to sell Dybala to Napoli. Too bad, in Juventus they didn’t value him. They don’t play him at the position he is best at. His treatment is the best example of the current leadership of Juve. In my opinion, the ideal place for Dybala is Napoli. He would win Scudetto with them“ said Maurizio Zamparini, former Palermo president to Radio Crc.
With the current Covid-19 pandemic and financial implications, Dybala is not expected to go for some crazy amount, but rather 40-50 million euros. Who will buy him? There will be candidates for sure, from Chelsea and Tottenham to PSG, but we will have to wait for June to find that out. Dybala has struggled with various injuries this season and has only appeared 11 times in Serie A this term, contributing two goals and two assists.
