Franck Kessie is close to agreeing on a deal with the Saudi Arabian team

Life has funny ways sometimes... Franck Kessie and Cristiano Ronaldo met in 2019 in Saudi Arabia, where their then-clubs, AC Milan and Juventus, faced each other in the special edition of the Italian Super Cup.

Four years later, the two players could have another, longer encounter in the same place - according to Spanish media, Barcelona are close to letting Kessie go to Ronaldo's Al-Nassr.

The La Liga champions will require significant sales to register all of their new arrivals. The Ivorian, who only joined the Blaugrana from AC Milan last year, has been heavily linked with a move to the Middle East. Apparently, the Al-Nassr representatives have now opened talks with Kessie.

The Ivorian midfielder is struggling at Camp Nou, and it would be no surprise to see him in a new, probably very lucrative arrangement.
